Meiji Techno announces its NEW family of upright Biological, Metallurgical and Polarizing Microscopes the MT Series. Using the Infinity Corrected Optical System called ICOS™, these microscopes come in a variety of configurations to allow the user a wider choice to meet both their budget and application.

MT Series Biological microscopes:

MT 4000 – Designed for the academic user, this series uses Plan optics. Meiji’s ICOS technology makes the study of mounted specimens fast and easy while delivering an excellent cost-to performance ratio. 

MT 5000 – This is a laboratory grade microscope, like the MT 4000, it offers Brightfield, Darkfield and Phase Contrast modes. It also has a new design condenser with a quick-change dovetail mount.

MT 6000 – offers more capability for the user requiring Brightfield and Epi-Fluorescence with optional Darkfield and Phase Contrast components making this series quite affordable for colleges, universities, researchers and clinics. Optional Polarized Light accessories are available.

MT Series Metallurgical microscopes:

MT 7000 & MT7500 – Brightfield incident light design for reflected light observation using new and improved optical components such as the Plan Epi Infinity Corrected objectives which allows exceptionally bright, crisp images along with good color rendition and superior flat field of view. Options for Brightfield and Darkfield observation are available. 

MT 8000 & MT 8500 – This series is designed to provide both Brightfield observation in reflected and transmitted modes. Extremely comfortable operation for the user through ergonomic design of the focusing controls and range of viewing head designs. Darkfield and Polarized Light options available. 

MT Series Polarizing microscopes:

MT 9000 – Meiji's polarizing microscopes have the all new and improved strain-free S. Planachromat optics. Brightfield and Polarized Light observation modes together with ergonomic head design which allows vertical adjustment from 10 to 50 degrees and Meiji’s ICOS™ (Infinity Corrected Optical System) technology makes the study of thin sections of minerals, composites, polymers and other mounted specimens an easy task.
