The Meiji TM400 Series of
compound microscopes are ideal for classroom applications that demand
the quality and durability guaranteed by Meiji's limited lifetime warranty.
All Meiji TM400 Series microscopes have a built-in adjustable slip clutch
to prevent damage to specimens or objectives, and a tension adjustment
collar on the focusing controls. Although these scopes are bulit to stand
up to years of student punishment, rest easy that inexpensive replacement
parts are available as compared with other "cheaper" microscope brands
"throw away" models.

priced, the TM400 is the workhorse of a well-appointed high school laboratory.
VIEWING HEADS
Available with monocular,
binocular, or dual-viewing heads that allow video or photomicrography.
All heads are 360° rotatable and have 30° inclined eyetubes; binocular
head has dual diopter adjustment and interpupillary distance variable from
52mm to 72mm.
